Jacqueline's Originals endeavors to satisfy every customer. However, we recognize that from time-to-time one of our items may arrive broken due to circumstances beyond the control of Jacqueline's Originals or its customer. Also, from time-to-time a customer may feel it necessary to request authorization to return an item. Bearing in mind that each of our products is produced to fulfill a specific order, the following Return Policy governs all transactions:
No item may be returned without a Return Authorization from Jacqueline's Originals.
Jacqueline's Originals will provide a store credit or at our sole discretion a refund for an item returned within 15 days of initial delivery to customer. Customers returning items after the 15 day time limit will receive store credit less a 12.5% restocking fee. All returns are exlusive of any shipping charges.
Exchanges must also be authorized prior to return shipment, however, there will be no additional shipping charges for the new item.
